These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developer of Swedish Civics ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

The App offers a Swedish Civics Premium annual subscription that unlocks all topics, lessons, audio, and advanced features.
Important: The educational content provided in this App — including lesson texts, explanations, civic information, and related materials — has been gathered and compiled from publicly available sources on the internet, including official government websites, public educational resources, and open civic information repositories.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the content, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Civic laws, regulations, and policies may change over time, and some content may not reflect the most recent legislative updates.
The content in this App is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. For official civic or legal information, always refer to the relevant Swedish government authorities (e.g., Migrationsverket, Riksdag.se).

The App and all of its components are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer. This includes, but is not limited to:
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, imitation, cloning, or creation of substantially similar applications, products, or services — whether commercial or non-commercial — is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement of our intellectual property rights.
We actively monitor app marketplaces and the web for infringing copies and will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctions, damages, and legal fees, against any individual or entity that infringes our rights.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
