How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Tap your name → Subscriptions → Swedish Civics → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the App → Go to Settings → Tap "Go Premium" → Tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The audio isn't playing. What should I do?
Make sure your device is not on silent mode and the volume is turned up. Try closing and reopening the App. If the problem persists, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds independently.
Is the content available offline?
Yes. All lesson text content is available offline. Audio lessons are bundled with the app and available without an internet connection.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us at [email protected] with a description of the bug, your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are very helpful.
