These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Airlink app ("Airlink", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Airlink, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Airlink lets you mirror your device screen and app audio to a web browser on the same local Wi-Fi network, in real time. You are responsible for the content you choose to broadcast and for using Airlink only with networks and devices you are authorized to use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Airlink for any unlawful purpose, to broadcast content you do not have the right to share, or to infringe the rights of others. You must comply with all applicable laws.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Airlink offers an optional monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase ("Airlink Premium"), sold through the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Any unused portion of a free period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Free Trial

New users may receive a limited free trial of premium features. The trial is granted once and has no cash value.

Disclaimer

Airlink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Streaming quality depends on your device and Wi-Fi network and may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Airlink.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Airlink after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
