Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Localhost Master. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Localhost Master ("App", "we", "our", or "us"), available on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms in full.
Localhost Master is a local-network file and text sharing utility. It runs a lightweight HTTP server on your device, allowing other devices on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot network to access shared content via a unique 4-digit code. The App does not transmit your files or data to any external server operated by us.

The App is available free of charge with the following limitations:
A Premium subscription removes these limitations and unlocks additional features including unlimited shares, the Web File Manager, folder creation, custom server ports, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You are solely responsible for any content you share using the App. You agree not to use the App to share, distribute, or make accessible any content that:
The App operates entirely on your local network. You are responsible for the security of your Wi-Fi network. Anyone connected to the same network as your device can access shared content if they know the correct 4-digit code. We strongly recommend using the App only on trusted, private networks.
Localhost Master does not upload your files or shared content to our servers. Content is served directly from your device to other devices on your local network only.
We may collect limited, anonymised analytics data (such as crash reports and usage statistics) to improve the App. Advertising (shown to free-tier users) is provided by third-party ad networks that may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Free-tier users may see advertisements served by third-party networks. These ads are governed by the respective ad network's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements within the App.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its design, code, trademarks, graphics, and content created by us — are and remain the exclusive property of the developer. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
You retain full ownership of any content you share through the App. By using the App, you do not grant us any license to your content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee that content shared via the App will be accessible to other devices at all times, as this depends on your local network conditions and device configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or a Premium subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as the Apple App Store, ad networks, or analytics providers). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's jurisdiction of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country.
