1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Desktop Browser (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Desktop Browser is a mobile web browser application that allows you to browse the internet using a desktop-style user agent. The App is available on iOS and Android devices.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans ("Pro" features) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are provided for unused portions of the current period.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period after notice is provided.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.

6. Third-Party Content

The App provides access to third-party websites and content via a WebView. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
