By downloading, installing, or using the Civics Exam iOS application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developer of Civics Exam ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

The App offers a Civics Exam Premium annual subscription that unlocks unlimited flash cards, all exam modes, and detailed exam review.
New users receive a one-time install gift consisting of a limited number of flash cards and a single timed mock exam. This gift is granted on first install and is tied to your device's secure Keychain so that uninstalling and reinstalling the App does not reset the gift state. The gift is not a refund-eligible promotional product and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Important: The questions and explanations provided in this App have been compiled from publicly available sources, including official government websites, public educational resources, and open civic information repositories.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the content, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Civic laws, regulations, and policies may change over time, and some content may not reflect the most recent legislative updates.

The App and all of its components are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer. This includes, but is not limited to:
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, imitation, cloning, or creation of substantially similar applications, products, or services — whether commercial or non-commercial — is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement of our intellectual property rights.
We actively monitor app marketplaces and the web for infringing copies and will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctions, damages, and legal fees, against any individual or entity that infringes our rights.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any official civic or citizenship test.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
